Silver Spur Rodeo, Inc. and prior Yuma Jaycees, have brought the sport of rodeo to the Yuma community since 1946. We have been able to do this with the support of local businesses and the County and City governments. This event is sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and associated with the Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA). We adhere to the strict guidelines set by the sanctioning body and we are proud to have been able to bring the sport of rodeo to the Yuma community over the many years. In order to bring this over $200,000.00 production to our community, we depend on the financial support of local businesses, as well as the financial support from the following PRCA National Sponsors: Wrangler, Coors, Jack Daniels, Justin Boots and Montana Silversmiths.
